SIZING

I can widen most of my rings 1/4-1/2 a size if needed. If the band is a handmade hammered one, I can increase it a whole size. I am unable to reduce ring sizes at this time. If you need a smaller size, I might have a similar stone and can make a new one for you.

You are responsible for knowing your size. If you don’t know or are not able to find out easily, there are adjustable plastic finger sizers readily available online. If you are buying a ring with a larger stone or a wider (than 5mm) band, I recommend going up 1/4-1/2 a size. If smaller than 5mm AND you use the plastic sizer, probably need to go down 1/4 of a size. The plastic sizers are 5mm wide. Feel free to contact me for any questions.

CUSTOM ORDERS

I have many stones awaiting their forever setting or home, but only so much time. If you have something special or different in mind, please contact me. Whether you need a specific size, band width, certain stone, personalized gifts, etc. For custom orders, I need at least 2 weeks.

SHIPPING

If you see it on the site, it is made and ready to go! I will ship within 2-3 days of receiving payment. If for some reason I cannot do this, I will communicate this with you.

Insurance is added to all purchases and is included in the shipping cost. I will email you the tracking information so you’ll know when it’s going to be there!

For now, I am sticking with USPS. I trust their service and it best suits my tiny business’s needs.

TAXES

Washington State law says I need to collect taxes from Washington State residents. Figuring out each individual zip code’s tax rate makes me want to pull my hair out…so I’m using the average of 8.6% until I figure out a better solution.

RETURNS

I want you to be happy with your purchase! If for some reason, you find yourself not happy with your item/s, please contact me and I’m sure we can work something out.

Returns are only possible if your purchase is in new & unworn condition. If the item comes back to me in a lesser condition, you the buyer will be responsible for any loss in value. Knowing all that, please contact me within 14 days of receiving your item/s to begin this process.

Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
